Welcome to the new Moonlit Mountain Cabins. We have been involved in the tourism industry for 20 years – including property management companies – as well as the new construction builds, restaurants and more! We have built a solid reputation of being hard workers in everything we do. We have gone above and beyond in all adventures we have taken.
While most are primarily focused on rental income – we know there’s more to your investment than just rentals. You’ve built your property to be a long-term investment and likely trust your property manager will actually maintain your property while under their care. Without proper maintenance, your long-term investment will eventually require significant and costly repairs that could have been avoided if detected in a timely manner. In addition, guests’ experiences may be negatively affected by commonly overlooked issues and ultimately lead to a loss of rental income. Properties managed by Moonlit receive an in-house maintenance program superior to that of any other company in the area. Our experience and attention to detail, allows us to identify issues before they become a problem. We thoroughly inspect our properties after each guest to ensure accountability and future guest satisfaction.

When we took over Moonlit Mountain Cabin Rentals, we wanted to change the property management game in the Broken Bow area by developing business partnerships with our owners. We are also offering for the first time partnerships with self managers as well as full property management. We know not everyone needs a full property management team. However everyone needs care taken on their investment. When you are considering a property manager or cleaning and maintenance, we know it’s important you know you’re in the best hands possible! Behind The Scenes
Moonlit Mountain Cabins is owned/operated by a husband and wife team – Joe and Kendra McIntyre.
Joe is the owner of SE Field Service. Established in 2012, his company has become a well-known and reputable source for heavy equipment repair in the surrounding area. Joe is also a part time contractor in the area where he develops beautiful custom properties.
Kendra has been involved in Hochatown since 2010. She has owned several businesses from restaurants to management. She started her first company as a property manager over 15 years ago.
Together, they make a great team that brings the experience to handle all aspects of the business.
